“I am very passionate about working within this space and privileged to have the opportunity to make a difference for the young people I support, in particular working with the young people who are leaving care.  Whilst I cannot change the past experiences of our young people, I can, however, play a very important role in helping to shape their futures by continuing to walk alongside them and supporting them every step of the way. 

Every young person is unique, and by truly getting to know each person individually, I can implement a tailored approach to ensure that every female across all ages is provided with the opportunity to develop her self-esteem and confidence, overcome any barriers she may face and help pave the way for a future that she envisions.

Ensuring our young females have an established and strong support system, whether through family, friends or connecting them with female mentors, is so important. Strong support systems provide a safe space for young women to express their feelings and navigate emotional challenges and helps them to build resilience and coping skills, which are essential for overcoming adversity.”
