Lifestyle Solutions takes responsibility for completing and covering the cost of criminal background checks. These are performed on all prospective employees across Australia to help protect our business and the people we support against criminal activity, fraud and misrepresentation.
This is Lifestyle Solutions way of ensuring child-safe working environments in Australia. Pre-employment screening of adults and volunteers who come in contact with children is mandatory and legislated for across most states and territories in Australia. However each state and territory has their own procedures and requirements (which are not transferable between states). These checks are performed prior to our people coming into contact with any children or young persons.
