WA Disability Supports

Having trouble making sense of your Western Australian disability services funding and support?

We can help you make the choices that matter most and ensure you find the perfect fit.

What we do

At Lifestyle Solutions we provide an extensive range of disability services and supports, which as a Western Australian resident you can access through three different pathways – the State Government's WA NDIS My Way, the Commonwealth Government's National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or individualised funding.

We can assist you with:

  • Supported accommodation;
  • Respite;
  • Personal care;
  • Transition into supported accommodation;
  • Education options;
  • Individual planning, costing, review and regular updates on individual expenditure;
  • Worker recruitment support and employment options;
  • Skills training to develop independent living skills in and around the home; and
  • Community, social and recreational activities.

When planning and managing supports through your individualised funding arrangements, you deserve choice and voice. We specialise in providing assistance as you determine how much flexibility and control you'd like to have when making these important life decisions.

How do I access support?

First, you'll need to contact the Disability Services Commission, who will determine your eligibility for funding.

Click for information on how to apply for support. Alternatively, you can phone 1800 998 214 or for TTY users phone (08) 9426 9315. You can also find your Local Area Co-ordinator (LAC).

If you handle your own funding or have an alternate source of funding, give your local Lifestyle Solutions centre a call to find out more about how we can best help you.

What next?

We're certain we can assist in finding the disability services you feel are right for your unique needs.

If you'd like more information about our disability services, give us a call and share your ideas, goals and aspirations. We're here to listen and we'll spend time together discovering what works best for you.
