Leisure Links (Hunter and Central Coast Regions)

Through Leisure Links we provide enriching after-school mentoring and activities for children and young people living with disability. We focus on supporting individuals to pursue and take part in recreational activities that appeal to their unique interests and life goals, while also encouraging them to make the most of educational opportunities.

Whether it's through sport, music, drama, crafts, dance or outdoor pursuits, Leisure Links concentrates on building confidence and independence. Depending on the activity, the Leisure Links program can be undertaken either in an individual or small group setting.

Am I eligible?

You may be eligible for Leisure Links if you are currently under 18 years of age, still at school and living with disability.

How do I access Leisure Links?

To get started, you'll need a referral from your school support worker, family, carer or service provider.

If you handle your own funding or have an alternate source of funding, please contact your local Lifestyle Solutions centre to find out more about how we can best help you.
