Rob Russell - Chairperson
Regional Aboriginal Education Consultant, NSW Department of Education and Training.
With a background in education, Rob provides support to schools and principals to implement Aboriginal education policies and initiatives, with the primary goal of improving educational outcomes for Aboriginal school students and teaching all Australians about the value and integrity of Aboriginal culture.
"I like to think that I bring an 'outside-the-square' set of perspectives to the Board of Lifestyle Solutions, as well as being an advocate for service users from minority groups, in particular Aboriginal and Torres-Strait Islanders. I believe my experience provides a wide array of strategic and managerial points of view".
David Hogg - Managing Director
David is the founder of Lifestyle Solutions and is an experienced and proven leader in the Welfare and Disabilities sectors having been the Northern NSW Manager of Mission Australia for eleven years prior to commencing Lifestyle Solutions. David has a high level of empathy and passion for people with a disability and supporting their families. He seeks to encourage flexibility, innovation and vision on models of support so the organisation can provide adequate levels of support in a context of social inclusion.
"My vision for Lifestyle Solutions is driven by my belief that each of us should have an active role in community life and be involved in giving some part of ourselves back to others. Supporting people with a disability helps me to better understand myself and allows me to use my skills in a meaningful and empowering way."
Adele Cashion - Board Member
People and Culture Leader, Lion Nathan National Foods
Adele has worked in Human Resource s and Finance for the past sixteen years in the manufacturing and not-for-profit sector. Her current role is a Boag's Brewery in Launceston and involves supporting and coaching senior management to lead and develop their people, effect change, build engagement and demonstrate behaviours that add value and create a constructive culture.

Adam Heeney - Public Officer
Community Liaison Officer, Donaldson Coal
Adam is one of Lifestyle Solutions' founding Board members and currently works as the Community Liaison Officer at Donaldson Coal. Key aspects of his role involve developing relationships with and communicating to the local community about progress within the company and important changes to operations.

Stewart Perry - Board Member
Priest, St John's Anglican Church, Anglican Diocese of Newcastle
Stewart has extensive background working in finance and administration as well as having a long-standing involvement with disability and community services organisations.
"I believe that those who are able should stand beside those who are vulnerable in our community. I believe in the ethos of Lifestyle Solutions and admire their outcomes. I hope my skill and experience can add value to their mission to make an impact in people's lives."
Stephen Pollard - Board Member Senior Financial Planner, Wealthfarm Financial Planners
Stephen joined the Board in mid-2008 and is a Senior Financial Planner for Wealthfarm Financial Planners, specialising in providing solutions to clients to meet their financial and lifestyle goals.
"I joined the board of Lifestyle Solutions to help provide input and direction to a company that I have personally seen impact many individuals, families and communities.
